The box was a bit of a happy accident. Thom got the illustration dimensions wrong and thought they were for a CD (which we couldn't afford to produce), so the package ended up being a sort of "Budget Gormet" box instead. No one had seen anything like it. Emily's beautiful design and typography tied the whole package together.

The buyer had to "break the seal" in order to read the lyrics and see the credits, which were written in caligraphy by goth-art superstar Ashley Rafflour.
